I had to come up with a visual identity to go with the elegant nature of the luxury event planning business, a challenge accepted because  the dark and edgy theme was my comfort zone.  Went with a cursive font, knowing the challenges it has being read, so I figured out a way keep it simple with the wordmark, the logo on the other hand had to show a bit more of the luxury part, so adding a gold accent with a bit of green added that sense of approachability to the brand.

Seeing how it would look in the real world is always the icing on the cake to know if it's a hit or miss, and the target was diffidently hit.
